Mark King

Mark is a Los Angeles native. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an option in finance. Mark began his career in specialty property management with one of the largest recreational property management companies in the world. He transitioned into brokerage spending several years working at Marcus & Millichap where he specialized is sales of office and industrial properties before coming to BRC Advisors. Mark is currently overseeing the Medical Office Leasing division for BRC Advisors at the Beverly Hills office. Mark specializes in advising clients on all aspects of tenant and landlord representation including strategic planning, marketing, and planning/construction. During his career Mark has represented both Landlords and Tenants in the lease negotiations for retail, restaurant, and office deals. Mark's extensive market knowledge and access to information is unparalleled in the industry. This knowledge combined with his lease negotiating experience, ranging from market rents and concessions to construction and tenant improvements puts him at the top of his field. Mark is an avid hiker and also enjoys golfing, tennis, and water-skiing.
