Jeff Shane specializes in retail leasing for strip, neighborhood, and community centers in Los Angeles and Orange County. Focusing on the retail component of commercial properties, including many adaptive reuse, and mix-use projects, Jeff's clients rely upon his insight into the financial, operational, and cultural issues of retail businesses as well as his insight into the overall development and planning of a project. Through the years, Jeff has worked with numerous regional and corporate retailers such as Subway, Yogurtland, and Pizza Patron He was also recently involved in determining the feasibility of several proposed strip centers in Orange County and a hotel development in downtown Los Angeles. Jeff graduated University Southern California in 2000 where he received a bachelor's in business. Because he is passionate about giving back to the community and helping the less fortunate, he is involved with various organizations including UJF, Jewish Big Brothers, and New Directions.
